Prepare the material:

fat beef rolls 150g

Subsidiary materials


150g potatoes, 50g carrots, 60g onions, 30g yellow pepper, 30g red pepper,100g water

Seasoning


100g Mida's curry paste, 2tsp oil, 100g coconut milk, 50g milk, 15g sugar and 1g salt



Operation process:

Wash and cut potatoes, carrots, onions, yellow pepper and red pepper into pieces.

Heat the pot, pour oil, add onion, carrot and potato, stir fry until fragrant, add water and cook until eight mature, about 6 ~ 8 minutes.

Add Mida's curry paste and bring to a boil over low heat, then add coconut milk and milk, add salt and sugar to taste, bring to a boil, put in fat beef rolls, and then come out of the pot for about 1 minute.
